Hi there, I'm Katrin Viella

I've spent 25 years in business psychology and global leadership development. Despite being an expert on workplace wellbeing and burnout prevention, I came close to it myself in 2019 while leading an accredited training academy. But I made big changes that year and set up my own successful, sustainable business.

I also wanted to find more effective strategies for preventing burnout in leadership and organisations as it's an ever growing problem on a global basis. I discovered nervous system science and our four hidden burnout drivers. Once you know them, you can easily learn how to shift your state and energy consciously. It's by far the most powerful approach to reversing burnout I've found so far.
