I’m a Feminine Leadership and Success Coach and I help ambitious women lead with magnetic, embodied presence through nervous system mastery and activation of their 95% unconscious bio-intelligence.

I know from myself and my clients that we can do this with the right knowledge and skills.

I’ve spent over 25 years working in psychology and mental health. I've trained thousands around the globe in mental health leadership, earliest mental health interventions and trauma recovery.

But what most leadership consultants and even therapists don’t know: dysfunction doesn’t just live in the mind, it stores, manifests and gets triggered in our body and nervous system. That’s why so many leadership programs have limited impact and why people don’t feel better even with medication and with psychotherapy.

What we need to do is completely reset our nervous system and reverse the over-protective responses we’ve developed. If we do this well we can even turn traumatic experiences into our superpowers as we’re not turning back to the baseline, but take them to another level of self-knowledge, wisdom and strength.

In 1999 I left home to study psychology after a deeply traumatising childhood due to my father’s mental health struggles and his desperate attempts to self-medicate his pains, which unfortunately translated into constant emotional and physical abuse of his family. As the eldest of my siblings I had to grow up real fast and develop coping and survival strategies that protected me to a certain degree. However, it was heart-breaking for me to see how great talent, energy, spirit, creativity and loving relationships were ravaged by emotional pain and generational trauma even in my wider family too.

I was determined to find a better way of life and wanted to create emotional safety for my children that I never had as a little girl. I spent intense years learning about post-traumatic growth - through degrees, therapies, medications, and teachings from around the world.

In 2005 I became a mum and thought that I had done enough healing to start a family with my husband. We wanted to create the harmony, love and fun for our kids that both of us had craved so much in our young years. We had two more children in 2007 and 2010.

But I was terrified when I realised that I was repeating very unhelpful behaviours and patterns in moments of stress with our kids. How could I know so much about this subject and positive parenting approaches - yet react so differently in the moment? I’d overreact - then feel terrible guilt afterwards. So I did more talking therapy. It was great getting validation and more conscious recognition of my childhood trauma. However - I DID NOT help me find better ways of being with our kids and I sought more parenting advice. But once I got triggered all the best strategies seemed to always disappear from my brain. I’m sure this resonates with you too, because guess what?

We are totally misguided!

Even the experts are only slowly waking up to what I discovered over the last decade:

Deep transformation and better parenting comes from deeper healing and reversing your over-protective nervous system reactions in your BODY, not so much in your mind. Once you know how to maintain emotional safety in your own body, you’ve got a totally different basis for creating it for your children too!! This is the place where we can co-regulate with our children in moments of meltdowns, tantrums, tiredness, and even teenage rebellions.

So fast forward to 2017, what finally brought about my deep transformation wasn’t just talking about my trauma or managing the surface symptoms. It was learning how to feel it, process it, and heal it in my body. Once I mastered some simple, body-based methods - everything changed.

Especially EFT Tapping, breathwork, heart-intelligence methods, nervous system nutrition and fascia manipulation worked rapidly on me. I couldn’t believe how quickly I started to clear my trauma patterns for good and became the mum I always wanted to be!!

I’m now living my best, most joyous motherhood experience filled with peace, self-empowerment, deep connection and conscious presence. We’ve raised three confident, capable, self-motivated, and emotionally intelligent children that are slowly starting their own independent lives now. It’s exciting to think of how much we’ve managed to break generational trauma for their futures to come!

But it was a long journey to get here. Over the last 25+ years, I’ve worked globally in clinical and business psychology, trained thousands in mental health and leadership. I’ve seen the same thing again and again: people all around the globe are feeling disconnected from their bodies, stuck in emotional patterns, and unsure how to truly heal. And the challenge is even greater for us parents: nothing matters more to us than creating emotional stability and love for our kids - yet so many of us struggle to stay calm, connected and steady when triggered. Medication and talking therapies can be expensive, not always effective and time-consuming: complicating the situation for parents further.

So I get it and I see you - hence I’ve founded ‘Innergised’ in 2024 to help with faster, safer and deeper healing modalities that you can do in your own time and even without a therapist.

I have resources, courses, coaching and a support community available at different investment levels, so it can be accessible to anyone who would like to learn this for the happiness of their family.
