How it all started...
What Happened Next...
I set up my freelance business and delivering global workplace wellbeing programs as an associate consultant. I instantly took control of my workload, but it shocked me how long it took to recover from my burnout signs. Feeling my proper energies and like myself again took... not 2 weeks as expected, but more than 3 months!!
I slowly woke up to the reality that time management DOESN'T equal energy management. Over the last 6 years I discovered nervous system reset and energy psychology which is now sweeping into the clinical fields with great success. It helped me quickly and easily to work WITH my mind and body, not against it. And it's the biggest opportunity to make a difference in leadership and corporate wellbeing strategies:

But nobody talks about this in leadership training yet.

When I learned to work with my nervous system instead of against it, everything shifted:

Trauma triggers lost their power completely
I finally felt unshakeable and safe within myself, even during chaos
The difference wasn't more insight. It was unlocking the power of my 95% unconscious bio-intelligence and nervous system regulation.
Why I do This work:
For years I delivered leadership consultancy, global workplace wellbeing, burnout prevention, and proactive mental health management strategies. Don't get me wrong - a lot of it is valuable leadership skills training, but most of it is rooted in conscious and cognitive approaches. But something clearly wasn't working in organisations and even working for myself, because I kept coming close to total burnout teaching all of this. How ironic!! What I've now understood is that our nervous systems run the show and most of us are operating from a place of dysregulation and permanent stress states. So all the theories and strategies don't stand a chance!
